No problem with care at the surgery. But X ray results from Leatherhead hospital, taken 20/5/15, had not arrived! Now i will have to come to see doctor again, once she has chased Leatherhead. None of this would have happened if X ray at Dorking was working. I went to Leatherhead because I was told they could deal with the X ray,

I have always found the receptionists to be polite and helpful. I don't mind travelling between sites for an appointment, but would think this could be a problem for some. On occasion I have had to wait up to a week to see a Dr, which can be too long, but there is the option of a telephone consultation. I prefer to see the same Dr because I feel comfortable with them, and they know me, but this is not always possible. In my experience they are all considerate, helpful, listen and advise, prescribe or refer appropriately. A good service overall.

I called to get an appointment for a emergency contraceptive pill pack and check up as I was going away I must say I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude the receptionist gave me . She stated to me that this is not really an emergency and that I need to be better prepared and was very cold and rude towards me. I thought receptionists were supposed to be friendly? I am so appalled by this that if this happens again I will take this further.

All the staff at Brockwood Medical are always helpful and friendly and welcoming. I have worked in medical practice's and know how hard it can be to be cheerful and pleasant all the time, especially when patients can be very demanding and rude at times. I take my hat off to the receptionists. The Drs are always helpful and explain things to me and I never feel rushed. The pharmacy is also a credit to the practice with most if my needs available the same day. I cannot praise the staff enough WELL DONE
